A dark day

It's a dark day in the Barco Law Library. I am, of course, speaking literally. When we arrived this morning none of the ceiling fixtures in the whole building were working. Unfortunately, it's a rainly gloomy day too. Also, the air conditioning isn't working.
This hasn't affected the renovation, however. The crew is hard at work (they have festooned the rafters with strings of utility lights, so they're unaffected). Up on 5 they're still scraping the carpeting off the floor. On 4, they seem to be working on the former hole in the ceiling, attaching the framework for the future beautiful ceiling.
Hurrah! The lights just came back on.
