Preparing to build

Today was spent doing a lot of preparation for reconstructing the library. The concrete in the former hole on the 5th floor was drying. Lots of electricians on ladders were doing lots of wiring. The carpeting that had remained between the stacks in the 4th floor was all ripped up and toted away. The structural framework for the walls began to go up. It was relatively quiet.
