On the 5th floor...

The light fixtures that were in the ceiling over the former Hole have been removed and the recesses they occupied are being filled in. And the carpet still isn't completely ripped up.
Most of the workers are new - the crew that does sheetrock work and ceiling work is here now. I wish I could do a webcast of them because their singing and whistling has been keeping us entertained.
Oh, and I found out why some of the wall framing was done in wood - it's because the area it encloses is where the security system will be, and metal framing would have interfered with the operation of the security system.
